You have been a Kenson customer for many years, why do you continue to use them?
We choose Kenson as our supplier because they’re always quick to respond to our needs and continued to help us along our Solarwinds® journey. Kenson have been involved in our development of our network management products which is vital for our business.
How to you keep up to date with the latest technologies?
We predominantly keep up with the latest technologies in the environment we work in. Our students and our staff demand that we do, so it is vital for us to stay ahead with the latest technologies.
Do you find the Kenson & SolarWinds® events useful?
I find Kenson and Solarwinds® events really useful. Not only is it an opportunity for us to catch-up with Kenson as our provider, but it allows us to see what new technologies are coming out from SolarWinds® in the future.
Would you recommend Kenson?
I would definitely recommend Kenson as a SolarWinds® supplier. They are actually interested in helping me manage my network taking a great proactive approach. They’ve been with us on our journey and they’re interesting in solutions, and making sure we get the most of out of software as a business.
