You have been a Kenson customer for many years, why do you continue to use them?
We continue to use them as they provide a good level of support. They’re always willing to to help us out with any cases with raised directly SolarWinds® giving us a second view. Especially with upgrades. And they’re always available 24/7
How to you keep up to date with the latest technologies?
Attending seminars – using Thwack. Again, our account manager at Kenson always suggests new technologies and how they could help us. The events they put on in partnership with SolarWinds® are really useful too. It allows us to see how we as a company can get the most of the product.
Would you recommend Kenson?
I would recommend Kenson – they don’t bug me about things, I approach them. Another reason I would choose Kenson is on pricing basis. We have found vendors that hike up their prices, where as Kenson they don’t do this
