Why did you choose Kenson as your supplier?
We first Spoke to SolarWinds® to put a spec together for some monitoring software to help us manage our very diverse IT estate. SolarWinds® put us in touch with a couple of companies but Kenson were the one’s we proffered. They were a smaller organisation that seemed to pay special attention to their customers as well as being more agile to meet our needs.
You have been a Kenson customer for many years, why do you continue to use them?
They’re not selling you a product they’re selling a solution. Kenson listen to our requirements and we can see this in our results.
How to you keep up to date with the latest technologies?
Everything is continuously changing and that’s why we stick with our key partners like Kenson so we stay ahead of the game with new software and products.
Would you recommend Kenson?
Yes of course, there’s actually a company we work with who used a different vendor, but after our recommendations they have now moved over to Kenson and SolarWinds®
